Is T.V. dying?

Since they introduced Netflix, Apple TV, Crave TV, Shomi, and YouTube, Television is really dying out. I believe that television cable is going to die out really soon because of this new streaming software that are releasing. Me and my family barely watch TV because mostly everything that we watch, we can just watch it at YouTube or Netflix. As for personal use, I use the television to just play video games or watch Netflix. The reasons why the TV cable networks are dying because first, there are new competitors emerge like Netflix, Apple TV, Crave TV, Shomi and YouTube. Second, you can watch the news, television series, and movies in the Internet. Lastly, television companies like Bell and Rogers made a software only for hand-held devices and it’s portable! Also, Bell and Rogers have very expensive television packages and they will cost you about $108.95 per month. Instead, a subscription for Netflix is cheap and it will cost about $8.99 per month and that’s about television packages is about $100 dollars more expensive than Netflix. HBO and ESPN said that their company is in danger because there are not a lot of viewers that watch in their channel. Since of the breaking down of both companies, they established streaming apps for Apple and Android, which allows users to watch movies for HBO and watch sports for ESPN. In conclusion, yes, I believe that the television is dying. I also believe that it would die out soon in the future and Netflix and other apps would be rising like the television was before.
